Save A. Date Events was established in 2018 in the City Beautiful - Orlando, FL. We are based on a foundation of trust, sincerity, authenticity, originality & confidence to service your event planning needs.
WEDDINGS
Our goal is to ensure that you and your significant other are reflected in the details of your event, creating a wedding that is uniquely yours! We will be with you during every step of your planning journey from venue shopping to choosing the perfect vendors to the final dress/suit fitting - we do it all to ensure your wedding dreams come to life! We can also manage the logistical aspects of your wedding to include invitations and RSVPs, travel arrangements and more.
SOCIAL/CORPORATE EVENTS
Whatever special occasion you are celebrating, we would love to make it extra special. Whether it be an engagement party, birthday party, bridal/baby shower, holiday party, or employee appreciation event our goal is to ensure that your vision comes to life and your only responsibility will be to enjoy yourself and your guests. We will handle all planning and logistical aspects of the event to ensure you are stress-free.
Amanda Williamson of Save A. Date Events has a true passion for event design & planning. She makes it her #1 priority to ensure that her clients’ vision comes to life and that they enjoy their celebration, stress-free.
With over 18 years in the hospitality industry, Amanda has a keen sense for organization, timeliness and design. She is a Certified Wedding Planner through the Certified Wedding Planner Society, the world’s leading wedding planner certification program. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Event Management from the Rosen College of Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida. Go Knights!
